The R7PCT, or Rem 700 Precision Curved trigger, is HIPERFIRE’s inaugural entry into the bolt-action trigger category, designed and crafted for Remington 700 pattern rifles and clones. Of course, the Rem 700 Precision features HIPERFIRE’s brand of high performance that has become known within our AR and AK trigger lines. "Precision" in the name denotes the intent of this model. Featuring a traditional curved trigger bow, low pull weights, glass smooth sear surface, and an extremely crisp break. This trigger was designed specifically with competitive PRS and ELR shooters in mind. HIPERTOUCH® Competition: “Wow! What an amazing and simple to tune and operate fire control group! Installed the Competition on my Sig piston rig today then tuned it to 4.2 pounds and took it out to the desert and ran it through it’s paces. This fire control group is everything they claim and more. Virtually no take up, just a crisp clean break with even pressure all the way through. The reset is equally awesome and with the safety on there is absolutely no movement at all. Did some precision shooting, some rapid fire some shoot on the move and this thing performed flawlessly. After a good workout, I once again measured the pull with a Wheeler gauge and it was still a perfect 4.2 lbs with every check precisely the same. Folks, I’m telling you, this is the finest, most predictable and repeatable performance trigger I have ever had the pleasure of using! If you are looking for an upgrade, I highly recommend the Hiperfire brand. Although I have not yet experienced the Genesis or Elite models, I can assure you that if they’re manufactured to the same tolerances as their Competition, they would be excellent choices as well. HIPERTOUCH Competition: “Let me say that I am very pleased with my Hipertouch Competition trigger! I’ve tried other brands like Timney, Geissele, and Velocity but the Hipertouch Competition is the best out of all of them. I had light primer strikes with the Timney and Velocity Triggers but not a single one using the Hiperfire. The hammer fall on this piece of work is amazing! The heaviest one out there! I can tear up a can load of tula steel case without a single light primer strike. I can’t say the same for the other guys. In fact I use up all their ammo that have light strikes on them with no problem. Sure you can buy a trigger for a little bit less, but you get what you pay for… Less. Get everything you need to and pick up one of these Hiperfire triggers and call it a day. One and done!”
