Can the triggers be adjusted to 2 pounds or less?
No. When everything is installed correctly, the lowest weight of the 24 is roughly 2½ pounds. Likewise the 24E and 24C both have a lowest weight of 2¾ pounds.
Having hammer springs installed backwards or toggle springs installed incorrectly will contribute to trigger weights lower than 2 pounds, but trigger performance will be degraded in some other way like primer light strikes, gritty trigger pull, etc.
